The HeartWeb national online heart support group provides discussion, chat, forum, social network and resources for people affected by heart disease, heart attack, or heart conditions - uniting patients, carers, medical professionals and the concerned.
www.HeartWeb.co.uk is the brainchild of a heart attack victim who recognised the lack of any form of forum, community website or online support group aimed at the thousands of people in the UK whose lives are affected by any form of heart condition or disease.
Online, national, independent, completely anonymous and confidential HeartWeb is designed as a space for victims of heart disease, their carers, friends and families, medical professionals and those concerned or interested to meet, discuss and support each other.
